JoomlArt Installer area completely blank after Quickstart Install

I followed your instructions and did the install on a new Joomla Site with your Quickstart
Template Package, however, the JoomlArt Installer area is completely blank
and I confirmed that the Plugin is definitely enabled.

Please see attached and advise.

It's weird as I just download quickstart package of Uber template, I can see full list of sample demo data package in that JoomlArt Installer tab.

Of course I installed it correctly. I've been a Joomla Developer for 15 years. I showed you in a screenshot that it's blank in the JoomlArt Installer tab. So now what?
Ever since Shape5 who I originally had my Developer License with - was sold - Support has never been the same.
I really need to rethink my Developer License which I'm suppose to renew in about a week. I have missed yet another work deadline, waiting for your help - and I got "are you sure you installed it correctly"?
This is not Support.
