CHANGE THE BACK IMAGE IN JA STARK

I got 2 questions:

How can I change the back image in JA STARK?

And the 2nd:
How can I in a joomla article, make a grid of images, or as in the example I enclose (logos), without moving or distorting them and being able to display them correctly on all devices?
Do you have any tutorial, or your instructions?

open JA Stark Home layout > Edit layout > Edit hero-1 position settings > overlay > upload the image.
