Hi, When you look at the site using a mobile device or just shrink your web browser window, no mobile menu appears. Can you tell me why?
Also the words "Development Associates" appear in a large font at the bottom where the copyright info is. I need to remove this but I can't find where it's being pulled in from. Can you tell me?

For menu kindly check JA Uber template style > Navigation > Turn on collapse navigation for small screen and check.
If issue remain same i need site login details to check this.
In Footer you have the ACM footer module to change copyrights.
