Why is my template different from the demo? Without pictures, the section is not right ...
I built the website on my localhost, so do not have a site url

It seems you did not installed default sample data when you installed the quickstart package,
Kindly re download the package http://prntscr.com/q97pbc
and install it again on Fresh DB and folder with sample data.

Hi thanks for your reply. I followed the steps of the doc. I have a question，I put the quick installation package under the wamp / www folder(see picture), but I didn't see my website become a demo. Now I want to upload the quick installation package in the administrator of the website, but the file is too large to upload, is there any way? Ninja

As i said you can not install quickstart package on pre installed Joomla.
Its a complete package that has Joomla too, Kindly follow the steps give in documentation to install the quickstart package,

Okay，I‘ll try again. But I want to make sure that is the quick installation template just under the "wamp/www" folder? Or put it under the other files under the "wamp/www" folder?like "wamp/www/joomla"’Ninja

The site will install on the folder on which you will unzip the quickstart package.
Its purely depend on which folder you are installing site. quickstart package does not make any changes as its purely your own choice to choose installation folder.
