Hey, real new to web site creation here, but I'm on some basic Joomla issues. I'm creating a site to display interactive Tableau Public visualization of data that I think others would find useful/helpful. Originally, I built a prototype in WordPress only to find out that WordPress doesn't support Tableau Public due to it's use of Javascript. Now, I'm trying to download Joomla since I read that Joomla will support Tableau Public, and the download keeps failing. I'm using BlueHost for hosting and to reach the Joomla download link. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I'm guessing I did missed a step in removing WordPress from the site, but I'm also having trouble re-downloading WordPress to double check... Any advice would be much appreciated, as the phone number I have for Joomla support isn't reaching anyone...

One thing to point out right away: This particular forum is NOT Joomla support, and I doubt you'll get much help asking here. Mostly I'm just curious what you're trying to do. 
Downloading Joomla, do you mean the zip file here?

You mentioned BlueHost, so I assume you're using a command line to wget or curl the file? If so, what's the error message you're seeing? If not, then... what are you doing?
