JA Rent Modules not showing in menu with Default Template

HI I have created a custom module, with its position published on a menu which is using JA Rent template (default). It is not showing in the single article menu. When i change the menu's template to JA Rent Features Intro, it shows.

I want to be able to use the JA Rent Template Default for the menu, but still show custom module on the single article menu type.

The template use 2 types of layout, One for Homepage template style and other for all default page.
As this position is not in the default layout its not showing.
