Theme Magic Documentation

Where is a document explaining Theme Magic, one that does not go into customization using code, but rather explains what is "Scaffolding" and other tabs in the ARGO template.
It doesn't seem to update itself in the Preview properly.
How about some simple docs on what is changing colors for what parameter.

Joshua-M What is scaffolding? Why won't the preview work?
I have the development to use CSS and not Less. What difference does that make?
Why does the menu header color not change to the color used in the Theme Magic. Yes I am using the correct style as set in the menu item setup.
I have other styles setup and they seem to have at least the correct background in the top menu.
This is on https://manufacturingvillage.com/index.php/business-stuff/executive-intern-program and the top should be green and not black.

LESS in short is a CSS preprocessor which then makes CSS dynamic. - this video tutorial should be helpful:
