GK contact plug-in won't install/ Logo issue

Hello,

Me again. I'm having trouble to install the GK Contact plug-in. As usual I uploaded and installed it with Joomla's interface, the installation is marked as successful but the plug-in is nowhere to be find.

Other problem, image logo from the template isn't resized properly. I have a part of it that go under the menu.

Looking in the discover section of the admin there are quite a few plugins, modules and a component that have not installed fully

Regarding the logo I can't see an image like the screenshot as I can't see any of the logo at the moment

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I am very surprised that all that plugin listed aren't listed as required when downloading the Contact plugin.
So I have to find and download all of the listed element, is that so?

I reactivated the logo, I disabled it before.

I did mean to include a screenshot of the discover section of your site - so apologies for that

This is the list of extensions that have either not installed or uninstalled correctly

I'd suggest given the amount of them before trying to install them (via the install button in top left corner) that you take a site backup

Akeeba backup core is a nice free extension but given the problems installing extensions you are having I'm not sure if it will install

So you might want to use the host backup facility as insurance

Okay, I think I won't go further. I never installed K2 components I thinks it probably comes from the templates I use (GK John) because it is the only thing I've installed at first.

Hi Axel,

No problem - I would myself try 1 extension to see if any error displays as it does look like the site has a problem somewhere when trying to install extensions, plubgins or components

Something isn't right somewhere but having a backup is important
