When I press the button Submit Property at the top right, get following error see what could be wrong with authorization and how to resolve this?

It due to the permission issue, I check in backend of your site and see that "Submit Property" is menu item with type of Articles >> Create Articles: https://prnt.sc/qcckuo

With this type of article, only users with create new article permission can access that page, Guess can't view this page.

You can try to login and can access this page normally.

saguaros what this means is the admin (or super user) should be able to enter a property from the frontend?

As I mentioned above, everyone who has permission to create article will be able to access that page (after login). And of course, super admin has full permission.

how to disable this button? what's the config location?

You can disable this module: Head Submit in 'head-action' position.
