Secondly please convey my message to development lead that

Quickstart of JA Property template is very unstable and does not provide a good working system. One has to go through upgrade of com_complex and template (that too in a non-standard upgrade, manual way) ... so while the frontend is very good of this template, the Listings Module, which is the main theme, is causing all the charm go away with broken detailed page link... Support team suggests this manual way in their tickets https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/26643-titles-not-working-just-reloads-the-page

So a stable version of quicktart is requested and upgrade to be workable through standard upgrade method instead of manual template updates...

Please address these both issues on priority as you have a very good upgrade extension which should be put to use for this issue.

The problem here is that the articles in the filter result page were not assigned to any menu item on your site so that when you click to open, it will redirect to homepage.

I just created a new menu item with type of Articles >> Category Blog called 'Properties' under 'Property List' menu item on your site.

You can see that it's working now.

saguaros But i would like this menu to be hidden, as I don't want users to access it, it gives a very blank look, whereas the main Properties List menu and main listings page gives a professional look.

This menu that you created doesn't give a premium template look, rather a basic and a bit primitive..

If you don't want to show the new created menu item on frontend, you can hide it by disabling the option 'Display in menu' in menu item settings: https://prnt.sc/qf12b0
