Issues with invoice in case of group booking

When someone books a group and we check the record under Invoices, we don't see the name of the event. We see a couple of 'products': 1 Member and 1 Booking cost. See attachment.

This 'Booking cost' also appears on the PDF invoice. So the actual event name does not appear anywhere on the invoice.

Hi,

You asked me to share credentials so you can investigate this on our clients' website. Did you log in to our client site where the problem occurs or not? It appear to me that you tested on an other site but not sure.
I mentioned that the term 'booking cost' (and/or 'Member 1', 'Member 2') appears on the PDF invoice - not in the invoice record. The Event title should show on the PDF.

One extra remark:
The Event title shows in the invoice record, but not the full title is shown here. One example: The original event title is 'GaySail Exclusive Thailand (Dec 24, 2020)' but in the invoice record it is 'GaySail Exclusive Thailand'. Any idea what causes the date not to appear in the invoice record? Is it because of the brackets that are used?

Somehow I missed your thread, I'm terribly sorry for this.

I checked your site and I confirmed that in the PDF invoice of group registration, the event title doesn't show. I reported to the dev team for further checking on this.

For the invoice record, the event title will show exact title of event as you can see in Event management, not include the date.

In addition I would like you to know that discount(s) on the PDF Invoice are mentioned and added up (!) to the price of the event.
Again: these issues only occur on the PDF.
