Vietnamese Tag Error in Joomla Website

Hi
I am using Joomla for our website but we have problems with Vietnamese tag

I type Vietnamese tag in admin page but then i save this tag, Can't save this tag in Vietnamese , it lost some character

Can you guide me fix it ?

Kindly check you have installed the VN language package and DB table collation is utf-8 general_ci
You can ask VM support team about the VM language package as well for their component.

Thank for your information. I use Vietnamese language package general of Joomla not any team support with this

-> You mean Language DB table or Tag DB table ?

Database table collation of site DB, if this issue only with the VM component, i suggest you to post it on VM forum.
It must work for all over the Joomla backend if language is installed and DB collation is correct.
