JA Megastore JA Megafilter module implementation advice

i am currently using a VM Products module on homepage of JA Megastore template, as a latest products of selected category module..

i wish to implement ja megafilter on homepage such that, if user filters the products by category or ja megafilter filters, then it should show on homepage, in VM Products, such functionality is not available.

Which module i should use to implement filters & latest products both, on homepage as module?
there are some modules by the name JA VM Products, filters (using ja megafilters) can be implemented on these?
Sorting of products is available in any module, besides filters?

JA VM Products module will pick products from VM categories to show on frontend, the list can be: Featured Products, Latest Products, Random Products, and Best Sales products.

While as its name, JA Megafilter will provide filter with different options so you can filter VM products by custom fields, name, categories, etc...

I think the description of these 2 extensions are clear.

I'm not entirely sure of how you want to achieve here, do you mean that you want to use on the same homepage? could you share screenshot illustrate how youw ant it should be?

You can change the meny type for the home page to JA Megafilter layout and it will show like this: https://prnt.sc/qgbasb

but this filter will not relate to JA VM Products module as the feature of each module is different (I mentioned above)

JA Megafilter was not installed yet on your site so of course, there is no menu item type for it.
