Where is the package file? Only see Component file in downloads

In my back end update page I have updated all the other parts of DT Register but it still says I need to update DT Register Package up to 3.3.0. I have already downloaded and installed the DT Register component from the downloads page but there is nothing in that list with the word Package on it. What do I need to install to clear that item from my upgrade page?

I just checked and those login credentials work just fine. Are you getting blocked by the server firewall or are you at least able to see the admin login screen?
