Confirmation numbers for group registrations not working

Hoping someone can assist, I use DT Register and Events to run events. When registrants use the group registration process the system is not assigning a confirmation number to each member of the group.

Under DT Registration - Configuration I have the settings as follows
Confirmation Number Type - Sequential
Confirmation Number Prefix -
Confirmation Starting Number - 123
Assign Confirmation Number to Each Group Member - Yes

Then within the Event Settings under General I set the Custom Confirmation Number Prefix to 620-

Any ideas on what settings to check or change?

DT Register is one of our commercial extensions, you need to have active membership to get updates and support as well. Pls renew your subscription first.
