I followed your suggestion step by step but nothing has changed.
The map area is all grey.
The links of the listed items (in fontanelle) goes to homepage.

The problem here is that there is not any menu item for the category Fontanelle so that when you click to open, it redirects to homepage.

I just tried to create a new menu item under 'Fontanelle' menu item for testing and you can see that it's working fine now.

Pls try to clear browser cache as I just click the title of that item, it redirects to the new menu item I created.

I try to explain better what I meant.

If you open the menu "fontanelle" you see this:

Clicking on the title of the first item (see green arrow) I expect to open the detail page and not to return to the home page as it happens now.

the other point:
THE OPENT STREEMAP DOES NOT APPEAR. WHY?

if you click the item title from the blog displayed in the category menu the link is correct (example https://bolognaplasticfree.it/fontanelle/cat-blog/52-via-piave )

but if you click the title in one of the item resulted from the megafilter the link is incorrect (example https://bolognaplasticfree.it/bolognaplasticfree/fontanelle/cat-blog/52-via-piave)
it appears to add the name of physical directory where the domain files are located /bolognaplasticfree/ (the full path is ninoiorfino.it/bolognaplasticfree/)

for the map issue the strange fact is that i can see the map in the japroperty demo page
I updated the ftp info.

When I click to open the item 'Via Piave' it shows correctly with the new menu item created: https://bolognaplasticfree.it/fontanelle/cat-blog/52-via-piave

I'm checking the issue with the map, there seems to be JS conflict on that page.

The problem came from your settings for Lat/Long custom field, you should use 1 custom field only and need to set 'lat/long' type for this custom field:

I updated for you and map is showing now.

I'd like to show in the results page the Page Heading but the header box is empty

You can use this custom css

A last thing that i can't understand. If i click on a title's item on a filter page i can open the details only if i have published the relative blog category in the same menu. If there is no blog category in the main menu the click take me to home-page.
while in you "ja property" demo sitei don't see the blog category in the main menu to get the same result.

On our demo site, we hide that menu by set the option 'Display in menu' to none: https://prnt.sc/qui8o0

With this way, you can hide it instead of unpublishing it.
