very unstable back end and view site

Hi
My problem is with JA STARK template, specific whit this error in back end, I was constructing my site normally but today, start with this problem It's very unstable, I can open menus, articles, and suddenly I get a 404 not found error and that's how it is constantly, what i have to do?

And my site view like this..... please help me
