PAGE BUILDER NOT WORKING

I just paid and installed Page Buidler. Everything seems to be seup right but I get error message trying to connect to JA.

"Unable to connect site!"
I have no problem logging in directly from browser. I was about to reset password but cannot find a place on JA site to do this.

not really a god start :-(

OK, so I have sent 3 messages, double check the password and after few hours of waiting I sill cannot access the site and work with this extenstion. Seems like this was very bad choice. No replies, no confirmation of purchase other than PAyPAl. I do not know how this vendor is working but if everybody has to go through this from the start up I would rather get off this train before it is to lat. Very disapointed.
