Keep dark menu background on phone when scrolling

Hi,
I use Buildr Highline.
On the computer when scrolling down, the dark strip at the top of the page stays there when scrolling.
On the phone the dark strip disappears when scrolling (so you can't see the menu easily).
How can I keep the dark strip there on the phone?

You can try with this custom css:
