Newstream2 template top position should not be displaying

I just made a copy of one of my sites here and have upgraded all the JoomlaBamboo software and Joomla. I have been trying to clean up the template by hiding all the modules that are not being used. In particular I have removed the positions above the logo and navigation so should not be having a blank space above that.

Interestingly it was working properly earlier today. At this point there is a row of white space that should not be there.

Any help to know what I might be doing wrong will be greatly appreciated.

Could you provide a screenshot? because I can't see any row of white space now..
Did you clear your browser's cache?

I will place a screenshot and hope that it is a caching issue. I have cleared my browser cache but I use Google Chrome which sometimes seems to not pay attention even when I have cleared the history and refreshed the page.

Hi Sean,

I think you are referring to this style

#navwrap {margin-top: 21px;}

so to remove the white band at top try adding

#navwrap {margin-top: 0px;}
