Https://comdatanet.ch is built with your Joomla GK Writer template. Since a few weeks, we're having a white screen multiple times a day. We've updated the template to version 3.27 / Joomla 3.9.14. We've also tested the page with different PHP versions with the result, that we've encountered that blank screen issue with all PHP versions. We've also already contacted our hosting company. They've seen some capacity issues on the server caused by that landing page. Meanwhile, we've updated the hosing to 150% CPU and 2 GB PMEM. Unfortunately, the issue did not go away.

Furthermore, we've seen several similar questions regarding blank pages on the Gavick support forum. All have been solved by your support team. A super user account can be provided.

    Hi whizzz

    With a blank screen, pls try going to backend of your site > Global Configuration > Server > set 'Error Reporting' to maximum then refresh on frontend again, it will notice if there is any error there.

    I just visited your site but the homepage works fine now, if the problem still persists, kindly share the URL so I can see the issue and share the credentials of your site also.

        Thank you for your feedback. The page works better because we've increased the hosting package from 1 GB to 2 GB RAM and from 100% to 150% CPU. However, we still encounter some blank page issues from time to time (ca 3 - 5 times a day). We've also already enabled error reporting on the Joomla configuration as well as on the server side. In both cases with the result that the page appeared blank without showing any errors, the page appeared just plain white. After several refresh attempts, the page came back. As mentioned, the issue occours less but the customer also has to pay a more expensive hosting due to that.

            You can clone your live site and restore in your local host and see if the same issue happens. If it works well, then the issue comes from your current hosting.
