cant install quickstart on subdomain
what to do?
i tried installing plain joomla zip and it works.
so im sure that its the quickstart

May I know what is the error in details when you install quickstart package? It should work normally in root or subdomain.

no errors
after overview -> installing -> it just goes back to overview
i already tried 2 other templates including one coming from shape 5 all same results
i tried to use softacuous and it worked
what to do please?
