Authorize.NET emulator error / New gateways to JA Payment?

How can we request new payment gateways to be added to JA Payment?
Would like to be able to use PayJunction: https://www.payjunctionlabs.com/payments/payment-api.html

I am trying to use PayJunction with Authorize.NET emulator, by replacing the default gateway links, but I get an error:
Client error response [status code] 403 [reason phrase] Forbidden [url] https://www.payjunctionlabs.com/live/vendor/special/authorize_net

Does Authorize.NET emulation not work anymore?

I use authorize.net and cant get it to work anymore since 4.0.6 I cant update. no help from dth they offered to look at my site but I will need to render it unusable with an update. I set up a test server and they did not ever get to that. I would like to know if other usesers are sucessful with authorize.net. If not it is time to move on after being a dth customer for 11 years
