SmartSlider 3 on ja-nex template not showing on mobile devices

I have installed smartslider 3 on the joomla + ja-nex template.

On desktop, the slider is showing up on screen (http://prntscr.com/qobzsg), but on mobile devices (http://prntscr.com/qobzmo), the slider disappear.

I have installed the smartslider on joomla + ja-teline, on desktop (http://prntscr.com/qoc2jv) or on mobile devices (http://prntscr.com/qoc2oq) , both showing the slider.

Can you help fix the issues on ja-nex ?

Open template folder/css/custom.css file and add this code

 .top-ticker{    display: block!important;}

if there is no custom.css file, kindly create it.
