On my local version this css is included in the header
<link href="//code.ionicframework.com/ionicons/2.0.1/css/ionicons.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
On the live site, this link disappeared from the header, causing no Ionicons are displayed. For example the arrow-up icon in the Back To Top button.
Kindly check the fonts tab in template settings and make sure that you load this font: https://prnt.sc/qq55h2
