T3/T4 FW, PageBuilder and Sensei/GURU

Hi,
Earlier, the T4 Page Builder Preview wasn't compatible with the T4 framework
(for reasons, I suspect was that the T4 framework wasn't ready)

Would it be sane to expect that when T4 Page Builder is released, is, in fact, T4 framework compatible?

Also;
I currently use 2 templates; T4 Blank for the main site, and JA Sensei along with iJoomla GURU when and after logging in. This uses T3 Framework.
Will there (suspected) be an issue in this?
I read somewhere that T3 and T4 cannot be used alongside eachother, but so far it seems to work
(only sligtly faults in Sensei/GURU, but I don't know if theses originates from the T3/T4 coexistance)
Or would you recommend two seperate installations of Joomla for this setup - or might JA Sensei be T4 compatible?

Could you tell me the issue you have when using T4 Blank template along with JA Sensei?

I just tried to assign a single page to use T4 Blank template (make sure that you enable T4 plugin first) and it works fine.

T4 FW and T4 Blank Template is no issue.
When disabling T3 plugin, the JA Sensei template-page (login-page) gives an error:
500
T3 Plugin is not enabled
Hence, I need both T3 and T4 FW if using the same Joomla installation.
