Equivalent of mapbox?

My client wants to redo this site in Joomla:

I have identified a couple of templates that could give a very similar effect. The issue however is at the very bottom. The google map. In Joomla to get google maps and the functionality I think of the 'Get Directions' as displayed on this site requires a paid gmail account? A fee is invovled. Please correct me if things have changed. My question, is there any Joomla Bamboo Template or Extension that can simulate the exact same functionality as the 'Get Directions' on this site?

I think that the 'Get Directions' feature belongs to google map and it will depend on the extension you use to show the map, not depend on the template.
