Slow website loading

Hello,
I have installed JA Focus and tried to optimize the website and it's images.
Reached out to the hosting company and they tried to optimize on their end.
Still, the site doesn't have a lot of information yet and is incredibly slow to navigate.
Can you please take a look and let me know if it is template related?

i checked it with default Joomla template and result is same, on your server this seems slow connection with DB, as the loading of is not starting in 5 seconds too.

You can ask hosting provider to increase the PHP limits : max execution time and memory limits to a max value.
