White space on top between ~550px to ~960px

Hi,

Based on https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/25985-white-space-on-top-of-website, I am assuming my logo is to big for the browser/screen resolution of ~550px to ~960px wide (works fine for mobile and larger scales). I tried the suggested #t4-hero change in the custom CSS, but it had no effect on any part of the site.

I then tried https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/24939-ja-stark-template-white-space-under-menu-on-ipad/3, but it had no effect site wide as well.

Hi,

I modified the template layout for the home page header section and removed all the custom css code. I changed the container from fix to fluid. Resized the logo section from 2 to 4. Padding 5px 5px 5px 5px and margin -15px. That seems to have take care of the white space on all the screen sizes. I just have to compensate the margin if I change the padding.
