    I checked your site but there seems to be issue here when registrants don't click the return to merchant button. The team is working on it, kindly wait.

    In your paypal account, did you try to enable IPN?

    It will help on this case when registrant doesn't click Return to Merchant button after checkout.

    Yes, IPN was on and even if they don't press "Return to merchant" I receive an IPN that is the only feedback I get for the transaction.
    If possible, I would suggest recording the order before the payment is done (When the user press Paypal button). At least I would have all the info and I could confirm that the payment is received...

      Could you try to take a backup of your site and install latest version for DT Register component + JA Payment Gateway plugin?

      It looks like you're using old versions now.

      I did upgrade DTregister and JAPayament and I have a "1054 Unknown column 'bundle_id' in 'field list'" when clicking on any events...
      I tried upgrading all components without success.

          I re-installed DT Register component and JA Payment Gateway plugin for you and made a test registration for the event: Test 2020-Fee , I don't click the 'Return to Merchant' button but the record is created properly in DT Register now.

          Kindly check again.

          thanks for the update and yes it works. Now can you tell me how you did it? Did you uninstall DTRegister and JA Payment and then reinstal them? I have to be sure before trying on my main site.
