I deleted the override to get the default Joomla output, but I had still the same problem.
lokal Hi Please test with default menu items type, as this menu type is not provided by Joomla, its seems you have hack in core Joomla. its not category blog menu.

lokal Hi Error is from System - Nooku Framework plugin. i disabled it and there is no issue now.

lokal Hi I checked it fresh installation of T3 blank and there is no problem http://prntscr.com/r1o33t it seems you have done custom work in T3 or Joomla that result the issue. Kindly remove the custom changes and check.
