Subscribe newsletter module - JaLawfirm

Good morning.
I'd like to ask about the "subscribe our newsletter" module placed in the footer4 position in jaLawfirm demo site.
I know it's a acymailing module, but I'd appreciate some help.
The point is, as you can see in the screenshot: is there any way to move "Terms and Conditions" to the next line...I mean below the textfield? Secondly: is there any way to make the click on "terms and conditions" compulsory?
Like, a required field?

I used solution given HERE https://www.acyba.com/forum/5-acymailing-how-to/67672-terms-condition-check-box-required-problem.html

So you can do in this way

1) Take a copy of file /templates/ja_lawfirm/html/mod_acymailing/default.php renaming.it
2) In the same folder move file you can find attached here
3) If you do not have already then create in this folder /templates/ja_lawfirm/css/ a file named custom.css and add to it this snippet of css code

.acymailing_module .acymailing_module_form td {
	display:block!important;
}

Well, I realized I just applied the custom.css but I didn't use the file you attached...I tried to download it but I can't get it...
how come?

Download works fine , i downloaded it as zip file, anyway if you are having problems to download it then share your credentials details and i will make changes on your website directly.

Good morning everybody, I reopen this thread.
The point is that after some updates the default.php got overridden; I could easily solve the issue again with the file kindly provided in this thread, but I'm thinking: is there any way to solve this issue so not to having to redo it at every update?

Kindly check whether the local folder exits in template folder or not and put your override there: http://www.t3-framework.org/documentation/extend-com-content#isolate-template

It will be safe when you upgrade new version of template.

You can copy in local folder the html folder that contains the override for acymailing module
