menu item image background attribute

Hello, this element hoja.png in the menu items, is an image in all tittles and jchOptmimize has not been able to combine it into sprites cause it doesnt have a bakground attribute. I remember few months ago we modified this to fit size and position but we didnt consider the background attribute.
Can you help me out to modify it?
I am pretty sure we did it in the css overrides..

Also, I have the same issue with the flags that are coming from the GTranslate module thanks

It seems that you customized this menu, not us. I'm not quite sure where you customize but you can try to check these files:

/templates/gk_msocial/lib/menu/GKMenu.php

/templates/gk_msocial/js/gk.menu.js

I did this under your guidance several months ago... You guided me to put the image in the menu item menu.

Did you review the override in the template? there are several overrides to the gk.menu.
I have always done this under your guidance, you can check that out in my tickets.
I need to set up the attribute as background-image, cause from joomla menu doesnt work.
I will appreciate your help

That "Link Image" option will render image tag as it's now, not the background-image property.

Exactly!, That is my question.. how can I add it as a background image in the template? saguaros

I'm afraid that there is not option to add background image property like that, it will require much customization on this to achieve that.
