JA Megafilter - Docman - not showing thumbnails

Hi guys,

I have installed JA Megafilter here: http://test1.idi.no/our-resources, if you filter by anything and click on Search, it loads a new page with the results.

However, there are a couple of issues:

The document thumbnails are not loading.
The filter module is not longer appearing on the Left position. Notice that it loads with more padding. This might be a template issue, but I can't figure out why it happens and how to avoid it.

Can you please check it out?

1 - You need to configure the filter to show any element you wish. I checked but there was nothing to show there so I just tried to add the thumbnail element and you can see it's showing now: https://prnt.sc/qy7gwy

2 - You're right, it due to the layout of helix template you're using: https://prnt.sc/qy7jwm You can contact its provider for help on this.
