Error when create a page

I've installed the T4 pagebuilder and when i'll create a page, show this:

Error decoding JSON data: Control character error, possibly incorrectly encoded

Any suggestion?

May I know which version you used to install? Kindly share the credentials of your site so I can check.

I got the same error too... I am currently working on my localhost.

You can use Akeeba backup component to take a backup of your site and share me the backup file (.jpa format), I will restore in my local host and see what's wrong.

You can share the backup file to this email: sales@joomlart.com and remember to include URL of this topic in the email.

I have got same error ("Error decoding JSON data: Control character error, possibly incorrectly encoded").

When checking the JSON settings using the json-db-check.php i get the error:
Row 10088 is not valid JSON. Error: (Control character error, possibly incorrectly encoded)

This row in the database has been put there after installing the ja-pagebuilder-component_1.0.0_alpha5.zip
Hope you can adjust it at the next released version.

Replace it with: {"bootstrap4":"-","btAssigned":""} and it will work fine.

It needs to be replaced in the extensions table on in the params column on the page_builder row.

I am experiencing the same error. The difference is, I am not well versed in the technical side. Would be really truly awesome of you if you can explain more how to fix it. Which file to edit, etc.
