Google Map TypeError: a is null in Morgan Template

I've installed a google map program from joomlashack called shack locations. It does not work at the url I provided: http://new2020.marlinoutdooradvertising.com/index.php/coverage
If I switch to the protostar template it does work... Can you direct me how I fix this conflict?
The error in the console says:

I'm having another issue here...I guess I need to post it?
I've published a JA contact to the right inset on the secondary pages like here:

The background color is white and the form text is as well. I the extra fields tab on the module, I select the other colors but they do not work...It only shows the white. Do you know why these changes from the module settings don't take effect?
