Error 500 and Megafilter Joomla extra fields plugin

When I activate the "JA Megafilter Joomla extra fields plugin" (V1.1.4) with PHP 7.3, the site breaks and the message "error 500" appears.
Could you help me please ?

This plugin should work fine with PHP 7.3, kindly share the credentials of your site: URL, Admin + FTP account so I can check for you.
