Responsive Layout : Position of the background hero image and of the logo

Hello,
I'm having difficulties to set up the layout of my website www.optiondroit.com when viewed on smaller (mobile or ipad) screens :
- Under a certain width, the image goes below the Hero sentence "Formations en droit..." and it messes the layout. I would like the image to shrink if possible, or if not, to disappear.
- Same with the main logo. As it's quite large, on mobile screen views, it messes the layout, leaving just en white band on top and you can't see the mobile menu logo anymore. I would like the logo to shrink or disappear when viewed on small or extrasmall screens.

the image is hidden because it will auto resize in mobile and could not fit to full content
add this code in custom css

.acm-features.style-1 .hero-image {
    display: block!important;
}
