HI，there : 2 issues here
1. home articles cannot open but always back to the homepage.
2: I've purchased the 3rd party "floating social icon Module", it's now works well on PC screen, but not on Mobile mode, I've tried many positions from Top1 - header-bottom3-bottom4 to bottom5， the new module will push the original module, please see attached picture 2.
how to solve it? ( such as add new module position? bottom7? and how)

1 - These article seem not be assigned to any menu item so that when you click to open, it keeps showing on homepage. You can try to create a new menu item (or use existing one) and assign these articles (or category these articles belong to) to this new menu item. It will work fine then.
2 - For the social icons, you mean that you can't hover them? you can try with this custom css:
