Since it is client's website, thus I am not able to provide credentials due to GDPR, sorry.
I think it is typical issue with missed ItemID which can be reproduced anywhere on dev site.
By the way, I can try to reproduce this issue on a clean testing site and provide credentials to you, if it is needed.

P.S. And in last I'd like to note there is an issue in this helpdesk software I am writing this text in. When I click on reply button, I am not able to type any text in Chrome (I cleared cache and reopened the browser), but all is fine in Opera. Something is wrong with text-area.
