Insight Contact Page

Can I ask that someone validate the layout for the contact page for the Insight template. I just did a fresh install of the template and the contact page has its content sections located within accordion panel. I followed the layout guidance from the documentation to the letter. Photo attached.

Kindly open the Contact Menu item > display options > set the form as > Plain formate and it will show like in the demo.
