This error is reported when an invalid user attempts to login.
Also, the icons are showing with the local version - and it works well. However, with the live site, the icons are not showing - I've compared the configuration between the two and they are identical - have scrutinized the documentation - no success as yet.

saguaros the IP addresses have been checked and are not blacklisted - so no restrictions - I have also conducted a traceroute from Europe and there seems to be no access problems. I see that you did manage to log into the admin panel. Is your access difficulty with the ftp?
As I mentioned in my previous post, firstly, I can log into admin panel, but when I tried to navigate to other section like template settings, your site keeps loading and notice timeout error.
At this moment, when I reply here, I can't access frontend of your site either.
Please try again - my ISP has affirmed that they were in fact blocked due to the timeout errors and these have now been whitelisted. Please confirm if you have access.
