There are 2 issues on your site:

1 - Click any item on Properties page, it doesn't redirect to detailed page but keep displaying on same page: this due to the menu assignment, these articles don't belong to any menu item, I just tried to create a new menu item - a sub-menu of Properties menu item to load content for category 'Residential Flat' (you can select any other category as you wish)

2 - The detailed page doesn't show map or fields as demo site: the menu item that article belongs to must have 'property' layout: https://prnt.sc/r4dqkq

I had 2 more questions to ask
1. How to fix OSmap's zoom level ? At JA Open Street Map plugin zoom is fixed at level 14, but its showing default level 1.

Also how to make heart icon high lighted ?

To have the heart icon highlighted, simply set this article as Featured article.

For the map zoom level, I'm checking on this. Will keep you posted.

For the contact page, you will need to edit the file in com_contact, not com_content.

I updated the same in the file: /templates/ja_property/html/com_contact/contact/default.php
