Good afternoon

I'm setting up the JA Graphite blog. The menu comes with several color options, I want to have just one color. It turns out that in the admin menu, when I remove the option of colors, the site does not open.
What do I have to do to remove the colors from the menu and the site opens by default with the chosen color.
