Cache problem ?

Hello,
we have News Show Pro GK5 installed and using it on the startpage.
Joomla, PHP and extensions up-to-date.
Whenever we want to add a new item to the Portfolio module, it is not showing. In the article itself, we have the <img style="display: none;" in first line and in the module we have set to choose first article item which exists also.
It seems to be an cache problem : There is no new entry in the GK cache folder for this entry.
What could prevent that it is added to this folder ? Does it need special permissions? Some of HTTP header instruction?

I checked the module : Quelques-unes de nos activités but it's set to show Full text image of each article. When I open an article, there is no tab 'Images & Links', pls enable this tab first.

I n my mind, this has nothing to do with the problem, because the four article in the module are showing fine with image and link (and images are hidden in the source code), but it is enabled now.
The problem begins when we want to add a NEW ITEM which seems it is not added to the cache folder (755).

For instance try to substitute 71 with 983.

Yes exactly thats the problem!
New additions / replacements are NOT GOING in your cache folder from your module.
The question since the beginning is WHY ?
The images are in the article see code below.
But even if the images would not shown up, also the title is not showing up.
The entire new item is ignored and not shown.
You can replace every existing ID with one not in the module source list before, it would not show up.
Thats why we are imagining a cache problem .

If we try to add a new /replace another item to the first GK Modul "A lire/a voir", situated above at right, it seems to work.
Two instances at the same page enter in conflict ?
