Dropdown options

Go to Product data, where you can find Dropdown options.

These dropdown options don’t seem to work anymore on a Ipad device. Description text says “No options”.
This forms has been functionally for a couple of years and now this ipad-problem pops up. On PC the form works fine.

How can I fix this problem ?

Hi Maxim,

May I know which extension are you using for these tabs?

Did you try to check with default Joomla template and see how it goes? templates like Protostar/Beez

1/ Tried out Beez and Protostar: both templates generate the same failure: no dropdown - no options visible.
2/ Extension for Tabs is made by Regular labs. Plugin updated yesterday, trying to solve this problem.
3/ On ipad we can't see any dropdowns, not only in the form https://www.tuinhuizenfabrikant.be/en/luxeline-modern#request-for-quotation but neither in the language selector. It seems dropdowns on ipad are not funtional. This used to work in the past.

Hi,

I suggest you to contact provider of this tabs extension as it even happens in standard template of Joomla, it's not an issue of JA Healthcare.
