how to insert a canonical link in each page

Hi
I would a suggestion:

we have a main domain and several subdomains where for some of them the pages are a duplicate of the pages in the main domain.
I need to insert a canonical link in the <head> tag of each page .
How can I do it?

I have found some plugins but they insert the canonical link globally but in my case not always there is an exact correspondence between the url page of main domain and the url page of subdomain

You cannot insert it on each page due to the joomla framework - in this case the T3-framework that uses the /templates/yourtemplate/tpls/blocks/head.php file to generate pages urls , but you can use such file to add all your canonical links one by one.

I don't think it is the solution as I will have the same canonical link for all the pages

I don't think maybe you correctly understood the settings ,anyway this is a pretty SEO configuration, you can try to search on Google on how to set the canonical links on a joomla site.
