horizontal search bar

I would like to have a horizontal search bar display on top of site but when one searches a product name (for example), it should filter in JA Mega filter.
Can you tell me how I can do that? It is not explained in the documentation.
Or maybe you have another way to do this? May be you can show some other examples?

In the backend settings of JA Megafilter module, there is option to set the horizonal / vertical layout.

You can share the credentials of your site, I will check for you.

How do you want me to send you the credentials?

I wanted to send you an attachment with the issues at hand with printscreens in a PDF of Docx format, but this is not allowed. Please advise how I can send it to you.
