we have some very strict security rules based on installed Akeeba Admin Tools with restrictions to login as admin in backend. There are IP restrictions and I have now temporarily changed some rules.
Can you please now check again with the user support and the password I provided.
I tested another time with the original and very small logo from JA Event Camp and then all is fine and I can see the buy-ticket button and off-canvas symbol ....but with our own and little larger logo, it does not work.
It is obvious that we can workaround the issue just by using a very small size of our logo but this would then not be ideal since would have an negative impact on our design/layout.
On the other hand we understand there are limitations and this also depends on # of menu items.
In our case it would maybe help if we could change the orientation for the main menu to the left.
Not sure ...
What would be your advice / proposed solution ?
