Loading Sample Data and Layout same as Demo

I had instructed a programmer to assist with loading a quickstart for Rockwall Template, It was not done correctly and he deleted a the work I had done, I have started to restore his error, and I would like to ask how do I gethth e sample data setup the way the demo is. I DO NOT want to start from scratch, but I would like the images and content the same as the Demo

- usually when we load a quickstart and ADMIN users or Super Admin users have the ability to Edit Modules, Menue Content etc from the Edit Icon that Appears on the Front End - I would like the same here and know why they are not showing

The sample data can be installed when you install quickstart package only, I'm afraid that there is no way to install it into an existing site.

I just downloaded + installed quickstart of GK RockWall template and it worked perfectly - with demo content included: https://prnt.sc/rlofyh

Is their Not a way to Map the data file to what I have already installed ? - I do not want to start over

I'm afraid that Joomla doesn't have option to achieve that.
